Step 1: Apply online yourself
To use Q Card or Q Mastercard for treatment, you'll need to set up an account first. It only takes a few minutes online. We recommend doing this yourself, as the application asks for personal details about income and expenses that we don’t need (or want!) to see. You can apply at qcard.co.nz
Step 2: We activate the interest-free finance for you
Once your account is approved, we’ll handle the interest-free part. As a registered Q Card merchant, we’ll lodge the transaction on your behalf through our merchant portal.You’ll just need to let us know which interest-free period you’d like to use (12 or 18 months), and we’ll do the rest.
Please Note: Fees apply to set up Long-term interest-free plans. Q Card offers 3 months interest-free by default. If you’d like to extend to 12 or 18 months interest-free, a one-time setup fee and a small percentage loading (set by Q Card) will apply—but no interest is charged during the interest-free period.
